| The intention of the submitted project was to create an intervention on the east footbridge of Craig Ellwood's ArtCenter College of Design. As per the requirements of the partially formulated program that was supplied mandated that no major structure changes could be made to the existing structure. It was, in theory, to be considered a temporary structure, with the ability to last 5-8 years. |
