The original house was designed by this architectural firm in 1960. It was remodeled and added to, from 1993 to 1999, increasing from 2568 sf to 2930 sf, by the same firm, for two different sets of new owners. The phased remodels and additions brought this classic 1960’s post and beam modern up to include today’s quality standards and amenities, while blending seamlessly with the structure and materials of the original architecture. Complicating these additions was the existence of 30 feet of uncompacted fill under the original caisson supported structure.
